We have a new school record in the boys 3200 Meter Relay! After narrowly missing the record at the MHSAA Regional Meet two weeks ago, the Dutch were motivated going into the MHSAA State Finals.

The relay team – made up of Brad Carter, Freddie DelaRosa, Nick Hoffman, and Sam Martens – competed in the first heat at the state meet and finished the race with a time of 8:00.71. This was almost six seconds faster than the previous record of 8:06.5 set by Bolender, Edie, Weber, and VerBeek in the mid-1980s.

Congratulations, guys!
