In a split site conference meet, The Holland Dutch Swim and Dive Team travelled to Hamilton Saturday, November 7. Holland, Holland Christian and Hamilton shared the site, while Zeeland hosted Spring Lake, Mona Shores and Grand Rapids Catholic Central. The two sites ran the conference meet simultaneously and merged times for the 7 conference teams for overall results.
Earning All Conference Honors for The Dutch are Natalie Legg, Lourdes Manderfield and Greta Van Zetten.
Every member of The Dutch Team posted PR’s at Conference. Ahneke Armstrong in the 200 Free and the 100 Breast. Riley Gainey for Diving and the 50 Free. Natalie Legg in the 100 Fly and the 100 Back, earning her D2 state cut in the back, and placing 7th and 4th overall. Madeline Lepard, Lilly Mendels and Thy Tran in the 50 and 100 Free. Lourdes Manderfield in the 200 Free earning her second D2 State cut, and placing 6th and 2nd in the 500 Free. Taylor Moes in the 50 and 500 Free, placing 15th in the 500. Lilly Ryden in the 50 Free and 100 Back, taking 5th overall in back. Lydia Steeby in the 50 Free and 100 Breast, placing 11th in breast. Abby VanIngen in the 200 IM, placing 12th, and the 100 Breast. Greta VanZetten in the 200 and 100 Free, placing 4th and 5th. Nina Veldt and Ellie Zomer in the 200 IM and 100 Fly. Veldt took 5th and 8th. Eva Whiteman in the 50 Free and 100 Back, placing 11th overall in back, and Bella Williams in the 100 Back.
The 4×100 Relay of Natalie Legg, Nina Veldt, Lourdes Manderfield and Greta VanZetten came in 3rd overall in conference.
